"Genre/ERA'S You Had Me At Hello, ROM"

Meggers came to live with us in April of 2001. Before that time she was the spoiled baby girl of my friend Dave. Unfortunately for him, but fortunately for us, circumstances arose which forced him to have to part with Meg and place her in a new home. Dave knew that we would provide a good loving home for her, so it was decided that Meg would come to live with us.

She adapted readily and enjoyed having other Havanese to play with all day. Meg is a real sweetie and loves to give lots of kisses. She is so athletic and can jump like no one else here! LOL When she wants a treat, she will easily jump straight up off the ground nearly past the top of the counter top! And she can run like the wind! Yet, she is very easy going and quiet and loves to just hang out with us.

She never cared for the spot-light of the show ring and in fact, the atmosphere was intimidating and scary to her, so we decided to just let her be a pampered lil girl here at our house and not put her through the show scene. She is, however a beautiful bitch with great breed type, movement and temperament. She has a straight front which is very important in our breeding program. She has produced some beautiful puppies for us (and others!) and two of them we kept right here with us. Our Oliver and our Riley are both Meg kids and so much like her. We're thrilled with Meg and her beautiful babies. Meg has the title of ROM (Register of Merit) from the Havanese Club of America as she has produced at least 5 championed offspring.

Meg has stollen our hearts and she is just THE best dog in the world.
Steve and I could not love and adore her more. She is gentle, loving and
such a great bed buddy at night! We call her our lil "lap lounger".
Meggie truly did "Have us at Hello!" Forever and always....
